About facilities and expectations
What about my privacy as I will share my room with other room-mates?
We consider privacy of every individual on highest priority. Every room layout is meticulously planned, all the beds/ study tables and wardrobes are planned considering individual privacy despite co-living.
What is the maximum capacity of the hostel?
At oasis- ‘The Boys’ Villa’ and Oasis Girls’ Hostel, maximum 45 boarders are accommodated.
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
No. Good quality bedding is provided, although you may need to bring blanket/quilt.
Is the use of Solar water heater free?
Oasis Hostels are committed to energy-saving and greenery. The building is equipped with best quality solar water heaters and water recharging techniques. Usage of hot water is free for all students. However judicious use of the facility is expected.
Do I need to bring my own towels?
Towels are not provided. Please do remember to bring a towel plus any toiletries you will need.
Can guests stay at the Oasis Hostels?
Guests are welcome to stay at Boys’ Hostel, on paid basis and subject to availability of room. Notify the management at least one week prior to the scheduled arrival.
Parking
Two wheeler parking facility is free to the boarders.
Is laundry facility available?
Yes. Paid facility. .
What about housekeeping facility?
We are very particular about daily maintenance of all the facilities such as kitchen / dinning/ lobbies/rooms and toilets.
Whom should I notify any of my unresolved query/complaint?

Limitations and restrictions
Hostel open times: Are hostels open all day?
Considering safety aspect of our boarders, we cautious about time restrictions. Oasis ‘The Boys’ Villa’ is open from 06:00Hrs to 21:45hrs.
Is smoking or drinking liquor allowed?
Smoking and drinking liquor are strictly prohibited in the hostel.
Can I use all types of electrical equipments?
Free use of electrical and electronic equipments is restricted. Please check the list with the warden.
Dining Timings

What if my schedule doesn’t match the dining timings?
We will try to provide you food pack or will try to find an alternative in case you have odd timings compared to our schedule.
What about power backup?
Power backup has been planned for limited hours of power cuts and emergency use only and for facilities such as kitchen, dinning, TV Room and the lobbies.
About admission procedure/boarding term/fee
Documents needed at the time of admission.
Please bring photocopy of your photo ID proof (driving license/ election ID/ Passport/ college admit card, etc.). Four passport size photographs, 2 passport size photographs of parents, mark sheet of last result in case of students.
What are the Boarding charges and Banquet charges?

What is the minimum Boarding Term?
Generally the minimum boarding term is one year. Please contact the hostel for availability of shorter term if required.
Can I get refund in case I quit the hostel during the term?
No. You will get your caution money after successful completion of the term and subject to T&C of the boarding agreement.
